Zoé Green

Commercial Director

Zoé has worked in catering for over 30 years with 17 of those in the business.

Zoé will be your main contact and will bring to your catering services her experience of delivering excellent food services within a cost driven environment.

A fully qualified chef, Zoé has directed many areas of the business including sales and marketing, food design, software project planning and business strategy.

When Zoé isn’t working in partnership with our clients she enjoys running, road cycling and triathlons. This allows for her other passion – a good bottle of red and excellent food.

Matthew Wade

Support Services Executive

Matthew has worked in the hospitality industry for 29 years and for our sister company Dine Contract Catering for 10 years. After university, Matthew completed his management training with Whitbred Plc, progressing through the ranks rising to his current position of Support Services Executive at Apricot Catering Solutions Ltd.

Matthew and his team will always be available for all your inquiries from I.T, purchasing, health and safety and food safety.

Matthew is an outdoor enthusiast and he is also a call out member for his local mountain rescue team.

Roz Witney

Nutritionist

Roz has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and has worked as a Nutritionist in the food industry for over 10 years.

Roz has extensive experience of delivering nutritional advice regarding requirements for different sub-population groups across the lifecycle, including the provision of advice on how to modify food/nutrient intake to take account of consumers age or background.

Roz's passion is in helping to deliver an optimally nutritious food offer that people really want to eat, thereby enabling them to find the motivation to make positive and sustainable dietary changes for long term health benefits.

Paul Taylor

Food & Service Designer

Paul has been a chef for 22 years and has a proven track record working across all business sectors with experience in hotels, health care, business and industry and education.

Creative and adaptable Paul develops new ideas and concepts from design to implementation, including menu development and recipe writing for all sectors.

Paul has a passion for quality food and service and is a commercially minded Food and Service Designer, constantly working on a number of new food concepts, standard documents and craft training workshops which are implemented into the business.
